You
should be a Chartered Engineer with 10 or more years of relevant experience
and a first
or second class degree in
Civil or Mechanical engineering or similar discipline.
A further qualification in FEA or numerical methods in engineering
would be an advantage. Applicants
with experience in using LUSAS would be particularly welcome.

should be able to demonstrate a fundamental understanding of
computational and engineering mechanics and have a proven track record
of managing technical staff.

Engineer
(Ref SE-W)
We seek a Support Engineer, based at our
riverside head office in Kingston upon Thames, to join our team of
engineers supporting our worldwide client base.
You should have a good degree in
Civil/Structural Engineering and a minimum of two years design experience
in structural engineering, including bridge design using stress analysis
software. Experience of using LUSAS would be an advantage but not
essential as training will be given. The position will involve:
- Providing technical support to LUSAS users
worldwide
- Presenting LUSAS training courses
- Providing pre-sales support to the UK sales team,
LUSAS offices and Distributors worldwide
Among your personal qualities will be good
communications skills, an imaginative problem solving ability, a highly
proactive attitude, strong customer focus and the ability to be a good
team player.
The job will provide exposure to a wide
range of interesting engineering problems and an opportunity for you to
further develop your analysis skills.
As we market and sell LUSAS worldwide,
opportunities are available to those wishing to travel to visit many
overseas locations particularly Europe and the USA.
An excellent remuneration package is available
dependent on experience.

Engineer (Ref NASE-W)
We seek a Support
Engineer based in North America, to service our rapidly expanding North
American client base.
You should have a
good degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and a minimum of two years
design experience in structural engineering, including bridge design using
stress analysis software. Experience of using LUSAS or other
Finite Element Analysis software would
be an advantage but not essential as training will be given. The position
will involve:
- Providing

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our LUSAS Solver Development Team
based in Kingston upon
Thames to work on our implicit analysis technology.
The position has the benefit of working closely with highly experienced finite element development engineers and is an excellent opportunity for a rewarding career in a technically challenging environment.
You should have a good first degree and an MSc or PhD in Engineering, Mechanics or Mathematics.
