LUSAS is a high tech company specialising in the development of analysis and design software for the construction industry, based on the LUSAS finite element system. We are looking to expand our application development team and are specifically looking for an engineer to champion ongoing post tensioning analysis and design developments.

If you have design office experience of post tensioning and a strong desire to develop your career in engineering software then this could be just the job for you. It will allow you to develop in a specialist field whilst capitalising on your engineering knowledge and expertise.

• You must have a good degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and have a minimum of two years design office experience including post tensioning and be familiar with design codes. Experience of using LUSAS would be an advantage but is not essential as training will be given.

• You must be able to demonstrate a good aptitude for programming and have some experience in programming.

• Experience in VB.NET would be an advantage but is not essential. Training will be given to further develop and hone your programming skills.

• Among your personal qualities will be the ability to work in a team, good communication skills both written and verbal, and a dedication to quality.

• You will be based at our riverside head office in Kingston upon Thames.

An excellent remuneration package is available dependent on experience.
