Use element local axes as the results transformation in this view. Calling this function modifies the transformation setting of all currently showing drawing layers and sets the default transformation for new drawing layers, as they are created. When a combination or envelope is active in the view, it is an error if the individual transformation settings of the individual layers are not same as the settings of the parent view (For continuous results, such as displacement, nodal axes (transformed freedoms) are used)
