Errors such as this typically have one of the following causes:

For users with dongled, hard disk or ethernet licences:

  1. 25-digit licence key typed incorrectly

  2. Wrong licence key in use

For users with dongled licences only:

  1. Dongle not inserted correctly

  2. Sentinel drivers corrupt

  3. Dongle has attracted a "time stamp" in the future

  4. Parallel port problems

  5. Dongle is broken


If you continue to encounter problems after following the instructions linked above, you should carry out a key test and contact LUSAS technical support.
