Licence key-related error message: "Key has expired"

Typical error message found in the LUSASM_*.ERR file:

***ERROR*** All Keys Are Invalid For The Following Reasons:-
Key XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX - Key Has Expired
Contact FEA Support Desk For New Key
Key error - See LusasM.err for details

What to do when you see this message

This is typically caused because your 25-digit licence keys are out of date. See About installing or changing licence keys

You should check and edit licence keys sent to you with reference to the licence keys sent to you by us. If the latest keys sent by the key department have actually expired, then you should contact us to check the reason - it is usually because we are waiting for payment or for return of a signed licence agreement. In some circumstances we will be able to give a temporary extension to the licence until the licence/ payment issue has been resolved.
