Typical error message found in the LUSASM_*.err file:

***ERROR*** All Keys Are Invalid For The Following Reasons:- 
Key [SENTINELLM] - Incorrect Product Number
Check This Is the Right Key For This Product

Causes & links to solutions 

This error is typically caused when a client PC cannot locate the license server for one of the following reasons:

  1. Licence server switched off or logged out

  2. Licence server software not installed correctly, not activated or has conflicts

  3. LSHOST & LSFORCEHOST not set
