Dongle is broken
In rare cases, dongles may become corrupt, possibly as a result of bad earthing. You can test this by trying another
dongle/ key combination (if you have one) in your PC - if the other dongle works, then it proves that the dongle is corrupt. If this is the case then
you should contact the licence key
department and ask for a replacement dongle. We will need
you to return the corrupt dongle which can be reused.
