Support using FTP
You may use file transfer sites like
WeTransfer or Dropbox to pass large files to us. Alternatively you can use
LUSAS ftp site. For the latter you need to use a ftp program that allows
sftp (secure ftp).
For the Support SFTP login details please contact
support.
Two folders are provided: from_clients
and from_LUSAS. You can create named sub-folders in the from_clients
folder if required.
This area is accessible with the username
and password to any LUSAS clients that wish to pass large files to support
in relation to their enquiry. Please send an email to support@lusas.com
when you have uploaded your model so that we know when to download and
remove it.
