Network licence key corrupt
The emailing of lockcode.txt files sometimes results
in the introduction of unwanted spaces and carriage returns. This makes the license illegible to the Sentinel license
server.
The lockcoXX.txt file may be opened in a text editor
(such as Windows Notepad). It
should contain only one line of text characters for each key, with no
spaces. Any spaces or line
feeds should be deleted from the file and the
key file should then be uploaded to the
licence server.
