Network licence key files must not be read only

The lockcode.txt file (being uploaded) needs to be read & write access.  You should locate this file in Windows Explorer.  Check it is not set as "read-only" using the menu item:

File > Properties > (uncheck) Read only (uncheck) Archive

The lservrc file (on the license server) needs to be read & write access.  You should locate this file in Windows Explorer.  For a default installation, the file is to be found at:

C:\Program Files\Rainbow Technologies\SentinelLM 7.1.1 Server\English\lservrc (No Extension)

Check that both the folder and the file are not set as "read-only" using the menu item:

File > Properties > (uncheck) Read only (uncheck) Archive

After any changes the key file should be uploaded to the licence server.
