Provide information to our license key department

You should send the fingerprint (aka lockcode) details that are given in the "Install Network License" dialog that appears after installing Sentinel RMS license manager on the license server machine to our licence key department to obtain a temporary key whilst you await receipt of the USB hardware that the annual license will be locked.  These details can be copied and pasted into an email or a server licensing report can be created from this dialog and sent instead. The "Install Network License" dialog can be accessed later as follows:

  • If running Windows XP/2000/Vista/7, click Start> All Programs> LUSAS Server Utils> Install Network License
  • If running Windows 8, right-click on the main Start screen, choose All Apps and browse for the Install Network License utility
  • If running Windows 8.1, on the main Start screen, click on the Apps down arrow icon and browse for the Install Network License utility

Remember to give your company name and any licence details in your email.  We will then generate a licence key file, which will be sent by email for you to upload to your licence server.  The email will contain instructions as to how to do this, otherwise please refer to the Installation Guide for the version of LUSAS that you have installed.
