Scheduled LUSAS Training Courses for 2008

• Our UK-based scheduled LUSAS training courses get you up-to-speed quickly and ensure that you have sufficient knowledge of the relevant facilities in LUSAS to tackle the types of analysis that you want to do. 

• Scheduled LUSAS training courses cater for all engineering disciplines. Course content and hands-on examples will be tailored according to those on the course. 

• Delegates for the LUSAS Nonlinear and LUSAS Dynamics courses should ensure that they are familiar with linear static structural analysis using LUSAS prior to attending one of these courses. Prior attendance at an Introduction to LUSAS course is recommended.

Booking: Places for these courses are limited and cannot be reserved without a completed scheduled training course booking form.

Venue: Unless noted, scheduled training courses are held in Kingston upon Thames, Surrey, UK at, or close to our head office. Joining instructions will be sent to all delegates prior to the commencement of the course.

Costs:

• Course costs are quoted in United Kingdom Pounds (£GBP) and are exclusive of VAT.
• Costs include full course documentation, individual computer hardware, lunch and refreshments. 
• LUSAS training credits may be substituted for payment (subject to the same cancellation terms below). 
• Quotations for customised training packages are available on request.

Accommodation: A list of local accommodation is available on request. We can help advise on establishments that are closer to where the training course is taking place, those recommended by others, or those more suitable for your budget. Academics: Up to 50% discount is available to full-time academics on scheduled training courses subject to availability. Contact your Account Manager for details.

Dedicated Training Courses

Our Dedicated Training Courses concentrate on specific engineering applications and go into greater detail into the uses of the software for those applications. They ensure that you have sufficient knowledge of the relevant facilities to tackle the types of analysis that you want to do. 

Booking: Places for any courses shown with a start date are limited and cannot be reserved without a completed on-line booking form.

For costs of dedicated training courses without a start date please contact your local distributor or your account manager.

Our On-site and Customised Training Courses can be tailor-made to your requirements and take place at or close to your office. Depending upon numbers attending they can provide a more cost-effective means for organisations to train a larger number of staff without incurring the staff travel and accommodation costs that would result from attending other courses.
