createLoadCurveTable(name, activationValue, assignmentFactor, [structuralThermal], [forceID])

Creates user defined load curve with tabular input. Use addTableRow for each data pair in curve.

name	string	Load curve name
activationValue	double	Activation time/increment
assignmentFactor	double	Amplitude factor
structuralThermal	optional string	"Structural" or "Thermal"
forceID	optional integer	The desired ID of the new loadcase.
Return value	IFLoadCurve
