Database.createLoadCurveTable

createLoadCurveTable(name, activationValue, assignmentFactor, [analysisName], [forceID])

Creates user defined load curve with tabular input. Use addTableRow for each data pair in curve.

name	string	Load curve name
activationValue	double	Activation time/increment
assignmentFactor	double	Amplitude factor
analysisName	optional string	Name of analysis in which to create the new load curve
forceID	optional integer	The desired ID of the new loadcase
Return value	IFLoadCurve
