***DATABASE ERROR*** ERROR DURING I/O , IOSTAT= 29

This means "error write fault".  It is typically a result of attempting to solve a model over a network connection or LUSAS temporary files being written to a folder which does not exist. Links to suitable solutions are listed below:

  1. Check the location of your model and *.DAT files
  2. Relocate LUSAS temporary files
