Summary:

LUSAS is an advanced technology company specialising in software development and consultancy for the global infrastructure market. We are currently expanding our operations in the UK and overseas and looking to further strengthen our position by appointing a marketing executive to assist us at this exciting and transitional time. This will involve the managing of our corporate identity through rebrand.

You will be responsible for leading and creating product and service communications, in line with our brand identity and identified company objectives. You will also be expected to maintain external relationships with agencies through the rebrand and beyond. The success of the rebrand will be instrumental in the further international expansion of the organisation.

The successful candidate should have the following skills and experience:

• A proven track record, of 3 years or more, in delivering end-to-end strategic and creative marketing campaigns preferably within a B2B organisation and in a related industry (engineering, architecture, software)
• Excellent communication, presentation, organisational and management skills
• Ability to work as part of an internal team across departments and to manage external relationships with agencies and clients
• Qualifications: Minimum Bachelors degree, preferably in marketing or business fields
• Adobe Creative Suite and Video editing skills

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading selected national and international marketing campaigns
• Creation of content that includes blogs, social media posts, landing pages, advertising, email journeys and more
• Managing and expanding existing social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
• Creating advertising artwork for publishing in journals and online resources
• Developing relationships with external agencies, suppliers and internal team members
• Communicating and managing our brand identity with internal staff and international distribution partners
• Assessing the competitive environment and maintaining value and differentiation with respect to it

Other:

• You will report to the marketing director
• It will be an integral part of the position that you may be required to travel worldwide
• Possessing a CIM Marketing qualification, or equivalent would be beneficial
• Copywriting skills would be beneficial
