 LUSAS
is a high tech company specialising in the development of application
software for Bridge and Civil/Structural analysis and design, based on the
LUSAS finite element system. We are looking for experienced Bridge and Civil/Structural design engineers to expand our technical
services team based
at our riverside head office in Kingston upon Thames.
You should have a good degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and a minimum of two years design experience in structural engineering, preferably including bridge design using stress analysis
software. Experience of using LUSAS would be an advantage but not essential as training will be given. The position will involve:
- Providing technical support to LUSAS users worldwide
- Carrying out analysis on consultancy projects
- Presenting LUSAS training courses
- Providing pre-sales support to the UK sales team, LUSAS offices and Distributors worldwide
Among your personal qualities will be good communications skills, an imaginative problem solving ability, a highly proactive attitude, strong customer focus and the ability to be a good team player.
The job will provide exposure to a wide range of interesting engineering problems and an opportunity for you to further develop your analysis skills.
As we market and sell LUSAS worldwide, opportunities are available to those wishing to travel to visit many overseas locations particularly Europe, USA, China, India, South Korea...
An excellent remuneration package is available
dependent on experience.
