OpenGL Programmer (Ref OPENGL-W)

LUSAS is a high tech company specialising in the development of analysis and design software for the construction industry, based on the LUSAS finite element system. We are looking for Software Engineers specialising in OpenGL graphics to join our expanding user interface development team. 

  • You should have a first or second class degree in Computer Science or similar, with a minimum of 1 year’s 3D graphics programming experience.

  • You should be able to demonstrate a good grasp of OpenGL and GLSL, including coding, debugging, profiling and optimising the 3D pipeline.

  • You must have a good understanding of 3D mathematics.

  • Experience in 3D geometry programming would be a distinct advantage.

  • Experience of MFC, STL, COM, C#, VB.NET would all be advantageous.

  • Among your personal qualities will be precision, meticulousness, the ability to work in a team, good communication skills, both written and verbal, and a dedication to quality.

  • You will be based at our riverside head office in Kingston upon Thames.

An excellent remuneration package is available dependent on experience.
