OpenGL Programmer (Ref OPENGL-W)

LUSAS is a high tech company specialising in the development of analysis and design software for the construction industry, based on the LUSAS finite element system. We are looking for a Software Engineer specialising in OpenGL graphics to join our expanding user interface development team. 

  • You should have a first or second class degree in Computer Science or similar, with a minimum of 1 year’s 3D graphics programming experience.

  • You should be able to demonstrate a good grasp of OpenGL and GLSL, including coding, debugging, profiling and optimising the 3D pipeline.

  • You must have a good understanding of 3D mathematics.

  • Experience in 3D geometry programming would be a distinct advantage.

  • Experience of MFC, STL, COM, C#, VB.NET would all be advantageous.

  • Among your personal qualities will be precision, meticulousness, the ability to work in a team, good communication skills, both written and verbal, and a dedication to quality.

  • You will be based at our riverside head office in Kingston upon Thames.

An excellent remuneration package is available dependent on experience.
