Creating Licensing Reports to send to LUSAS Support
(Sentinel RMS License Manager - V15 and V14 back to and including V14.2)

If still you have problems, please generate two licensing reports, one from the server computer, and one from the client. These two reports can then be sent to LUSAS Technical Support for further assistance.

To generate the first licensing report:

From the server computer, go to:

  • If running Windows XP/2000/Vista/7, click Start> All Programs> LUSAS Server Utils> Install Network License
  • If running Windows 8, right-click on the main Start screen, choose All Apps and browse for the Install Network License utility
  • If running Windows 8.1, on the main Start screen, click on the Apps down arrow icon and browse for the Install Network License utility

press "Create report…" and save the text file generated with a suitable name and to a convenient location such as your Desktop.

Note, if you opted to use an existing server, the above link will not be present, because the LUSAS utilities have not been installed. In this instance, you will instead need to insert your LUSAS CD into the server computer and, also at the server computer, double click on the file

<CD drive>:\LUSAS15x\installLicense\setup.exe. This will launch the LUSAS utility, and you can then create a report as above.

To generate the second licensing report:

From any client computer:

  • If running Windows XP/2000/Vista/7, click Start> All Programs> LUSAS 15.0 for Windows> Tools> Configuration Utility
  • If running Windows 8, right-click on the main Start screen, choose All Apps and browse for the Configuration Utility
  • If running Windows 8.1, on the main Start screen, click on the Apps down arrow icon and browse for the Configuration Utility

press “Create Report...” on the Licensing tab and save the text file generated.

Email these two reports to support@lusas.com
