Causes & links to solutions
This error typically has one of the following
causes:
-
The
"Teacher and training limits" option is ticked in
the LUSAS Configuration Utility
-
The
USB Key drivers may need to be updated.
-
The USB key has not been detected
– ensure that the usb key is plugged directly into a USB socket
on the PC (not into a usb hub) and then please reboot you machine
and try again
-
The USB port is faulty –
try connecting another device, known to be working, to the USB
port to check it
-
The USB key may be faulty
–
try using the USB key on another PC that has LUSAS installed to
confirm that the actual key is OK
-
A Firewall may be blocking access
to the key
